All the cars gathered at the Chick-Fil-A. No one knew how many cars were actually there for Boulevard Nights. At 7pm the cars started up and began to leave the lot. The amount of participants was starting to be realized by the grid lock it caused in the lot.
As we entered Route 9 it was clear there were a lot of cars. Cars stretched through the two towns estimating about 3 to 4 miles of Cool Cars on Route 9 in the right lane.
People were giving thumbs up, waving and beeping their horns from the South bound side. Cars on the north bound side were doing the same and even snapping photos.
Once at the Mall parking area. The first couple of cars were waiting and it was clear there was a lot of cars. Each wave that came over the hill had more and more cars. Wave after wave keep coming and at one point cars were coming from every direction. Even late comers showed up and others were waiting for the cars also.
It was an instant car show at the mall. Shoppers from the mall were stopping and strolling around. The Mall cops called for backup but we were gone before they showed up. To see the 50+ awesome cars from mild to wild. The Cruise then started back and many went to Ice Cream on 9 and Sonic.
It was a Great Night on the road

“REAL CAR CRUISE”
(Boulevard Nights)
IS COMING
(Boulevard Nights ) will be a throwback to the old days of Cruising down the Boulevard just like American Graffiti.
(Where Were You In 62’)
It will be an (Actual Car Cruise) with Hot Rods, Customs, Street Rods, Stocks, and Every Other Street Legal Wild Rides, New and Old.
It will be an informal event.
The Gathering with take place at 5:30pm at the Chick-Fila-A lot in Howell, the Cruise will leave at 7pm and travel North to the Freehold Mall exiting at (Freehold Raceway Dr). Gathering again by (Dick’s Sporting Goods) for 10 mins and then proceeding back South. Stopping at (Ice Cream on 9) or the (Sonic) in Howell for some grub with your favorite girl, then returning back to the starting point to share the stories of the road…….
The intent is to have a great night out, filling the road with cool cars as far as the eye can see on both side on the road.
Notice:
There is nothing against cruising down the road with your classic and some friends. However it is advisable to have a totally street legal vehicle and it is you’re responsible to obey all traffic laws. Please No Racing. We support many law enforcement authorities and they will be aware of this event. Remember they can and will stop you if you break the law (SO BE COOL).
This event is like our 1998 car cruise from Central Jersey to meet the Hot Rod Magazines (Power Tour) and our cruise to Raceway park for the 50’s concert with 100 cool cars.
